The 8th annual Southeast MedWAR Race was
Saturday March 29, 2008 at Fort Gordon, GA.
Thanks to everyone for being a part of the wettest Southeast MedWAR to date. Racers canoes, mountian biked, and hiked through the rain, mud, and swamps to save their teammates from scenarios simulating heat stroke, severe burns, bear attacks, ATV accidents, and even ants in their pants! They also idenitfied many snakes along the way and managed to avoid the real threat of hypothermia. Our volunteers were also real heros braving the rain and cold to help the racers.
Race Results are posted! Congrats to all our teams.
Selected Race Photos are online. We have over 750 race photos (and not much server space), so we will offer a Photo CD with all the high quality images for $7 (to cover costs). To order one, go to the Photos page. If you have photos to contribute to the CD, please contact us and we will find a way to upload them. Thanks!

A BIG THANKS to all our volunteers, spectators, sponsors, and the press who support us. We can't do it without our volunteers and supporters! See you next year!

Southeast MedWAR was the original MedWAR Race. Complete with simulated helicopter crashes, alligator-filed swamps, and ever-unique scenarios, it has continued to challenge competitors for seven years. You never know what may be around the next turn.
