Arizona Desert Challenge is back for 2026!

MedWAR Arizona is back in 2026 and coming in hot to the desert. After a short hiatus, the race returns with a refreshed format that blends trail running at Usery Mountain Regional Park with high pressure medical challenges that reward sharp thinking as much as physical grit. Teams of four will navigate rugged Sonoran terrain while tackling realistic wilderness and resuscitation scenarios along the way. If you are hungry for challenge, ready to compete alongside friends, and eager to prove that you can think and act when the stakes rise, MedWAR Arizona 2026 is waiting for you.

Capacity: 20 teams of four (4) racers at $180 per team.

Format: trail running through Usery Mountain Regional Park with multiple hands-on medical scenarios.
