Northwest MedWAR is returning for a fall race this October 4th, 2025 to a new location in Eastern Washington at Mount Spokane Nordic Trails.

Pacific Northwest Wilderness Medicine is excited to host our 5th MedWAR, this time set in the beautiful Eastern Washington this fall.

Registration is opening August 22nd. There are limited spots available, so be sure to act fast. We can't wait to see you in-person on race day.

Capacity: 15 teams of four (4) racers starting at $250 per team.

Format: Compass and map guided adventure with wilderness scenarios and multiple-choice questions along the way.
